*A prior offense for purposes of sentencing for a subsequent DUI offense is: Any prior DUI conviction, or any conviction for Reckless Driving, Negligent Driving or Reckless Endangerment that was previously amended from a DUI charge. Also, any deferred prosecution within seven years (even if successfully completed) counts as a prior offense.
